CAKES FAQ’s
WHAT ARE CAKE LAYERS VS TIERS?
Cake layers refer to the inside of the cake. Our cakes feature two to four layers of cake with buttercream between each layer. Tiers refers to the number of cakes that are stacked on top of each other. Our tiered cakes feature four layers of cake on each tier, with a max of two tiers.
do you offer tiered cakes?
Yes, we do! At this time we offer a max of two tiers per tiered cake.
do you offer delivery?
We currently do not offer delivery for orders.
do you offer wedding cakes?
Yes, we do! Please note that we have a 2 tier max and are currently not offering delivery at this time.
Are decorations edible?
Yes! We use vanilla buttercream for ALL cake decorations, no fondant or otherwise inedible items. Please browse our online store, facebook, or instagram to see our hand-piped designs.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Absolutely! Cake tastings can be purchased at least 3 days in advance through our online store. Tastings do not include consultation. If you would like to schedule a consultation, please reach out to us!
Do you offer ALLERGEN FRIENDLY CAKES?
We currently do not offer allergen/diet friendly dessert options.

How do i order a cake/custom order?
We have spent a lot of time creating our online store to make it easy and convenient for you to place a custom order! If you do not see what you are looking for, please send us an email and we will direct you to the right ordering link! sugarsheaux@gmail.com
can i come in store to order?
Absolutely! One of our team members will be happy to assist you in store or over the phone.
How do i pay for my order?
Our ordering process is just like shopping online! Find your items, choose your customizations, add to cart, and checkout. If you have any trouble, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
How quickly can I pick up an order?
We require at least THREE days notice for all custom orders. Orders can also be placed up to 90 days in advanced. The sooner the better :)

Where exactly are you located?
Our store front is in the East Bank in Bossier City, Louisiana. We are right in between Beauxjax Crafthouse and Bayou Axe. Our address is listed on any maps app: 507 Barksdale Blvd., Bossier City, LA 71111
Do you have items available in store daily?
Yes, we do! We have cookies, brownies, cake slices, banana pudding, cinnamon rolls, and more! We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 9 pm.
SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS! ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN A KITCHEN CONTAINING NUTS. OUR STAFF MEMBERS ARE NUTS AS WELL.
